This is a beta release version (1.0.5) of the Monte Carlo Command Line application.

This release added the following capabilities:
1) updated MATLAB script files to now label axes on 2D plots.
2) a new detector that determines the time a reflected photon spends in each tissue region. A sample input for this detector can be found in the infile infilethreelayer_ReflectedTimeOfRhoAndSubRegionHist.

To get a list of parameters and usage, type "mc help" at the command line.
