Monte Carlo 0.9.1 Release works on Linux

Version 0.9.1 of the Monte Carlo command line application is the first release to work on Linux.

Mono 2.10.2 needs to be installed for the executable to run, instructions can be found here:
http://www.integratedwebsystems.com/2011/05/install-mono-2-10-2-and-monodevelop-2-6-beta-3-on-ubuntu-or-fedora-with-a-bash-script/

Download the zip file from CodePlex. Run it using Mono from a bash shell:

> /opt/mono-2.10/bin/mono mc.exe
